It's OK to change your mind

With Mounteen.com, you have a whole year to return your purchase.

Sometimes things don’t quite work out. We understand this and in the unfortunate circumstance that you need to return your Mounteen purchase, we’ll make it easy. All our products can be returned within 365 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, no questions asked.

First, please get in touch with us at support@mounteen.com or via the form below and let us know why you aren't satisfied with your purchase. We do need your feedback to get better. :)

Then, send the purchase back to us within 365 days of receipt. Please consider using trackable services, as we will not be able to provide a return or refund in case your package gets lost on its way back!

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Item(s) must be in new condition, not missing parts, tags, or instructions and in a resalable condition. Items eligible to be returned must be postmarked within 365 days of their receipt by the buyer.

Once we receive the delivery, we will be more than happy to send you out a new item or refund you!

Please keep in mind that refunds usually take a while to be processed, so credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days. Please note, that refunds can only be issued to the method that was used to pay for the order.

One more thing: You are welcome to keep any free samples or gifts that might've come with your purchase – those are yours!
