Sometimes things don’t quite work out. We understand this and we got your back if you need to return your purchase. Most of our products can be returned within 60 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Exceptions apply.
First, please get in touch with us via the form below and let us know you'll be returning your purchase and if you would like it to be replaced or refunded. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Item(s) must be in new condition, not missing parts, tags, or instructions. Items eligible to be returned must be postmarked within 60 days of their receipt by you.
Most refunds take 1-5 business days to be applied back to your payment method.
Package not received
If you're experiencing issues with the delivery of your package, please first check your tracking number for any delivery-related updates. Should you need further assistance, don't hesitate to contact us at email@example.com. In the event that the delivery issue stems from our end, we will promptly reship your package at no additional cost to you.
Please note, Mounteen cannot be held responsible for errors in the shipping address provided by customers. It's crucial to verify your address before placing your order. If you realize there's a mistake in the address and your order hasn't been shipped yet, please inform us immediately to avoid any delivery complications.
Unfortunately, if your package is delivered to an incorrect address or returned due to address errors, our ability to assist is limited.
Furthermore, we are not accountable for circumstances where the shipping company is unable to deliver your package due to external factors, such as an inaccessible delivery location or adverse weather conditions.
One more thing: You are welcome to keep any free samples or gifts that might've come with your purchase – those are yours!
