    Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

    Welcome to the Mounteen LLC Affiliate Program! We're excited to partner with you. To ensure a fruitful and ethical partnership, please adhere to the following terms and conditions:

    1. Program Acceptance

    All affiliates are subject to approval by Mounteen LLC. We reserve the right to reject or remove affiliates at our discretion, particularly if their website or practices do not align with our values or comply with our rules.

    2. Brand Representation

    Affiliates must represent Mounteen LLC in a professional and positive manner. Misrepresentation of our products, services, or brand is strictly prohibited.

    3. Ethical Marketing

    Affiliates must engage in ethical marketing practices. This includes, but is not limited to:

    • No spamming, unsolicited emails, or other intrusive advertising methods.
    • No false or misleading advertising.
    • Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations regarding advertising and marketing.

    4. SEO and Link Building

    While we appreciate the SEO benefits of affiliate marketing, we expect our affiliates to adhere to the following:

    • Avoid black hat SEO practices, such as keyword stuffing, cloaking, or using private link networks.
    • Focus on creating high-quality, relevant content that naturally includes our products.

    5. Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Advertising

    Affiliates are prohibited from bidding on brand terms or branded keywords (including misspellings and variations) for PPC advertising. For a list of excluded terms, please refer to these PPC exclusions. This helps prevent brand cannibalization and ensures a fair competitive environment.

    6. Coupon and Deal Sites

    We welcome partnerships with coupon and deal sites under these conditions:

    • Coupon codes must be approved by Mounteen LLC and must not be altered.
    • Affiliates must not promote unauthorized or expired deals.
    • Distributing deals through non-approved channels or altering deals in any way is not allowed.

    7. Social Media

    When promoting Mounteen LLC on social media, affiliates must:

    • Clearly disclose their affiliate relationship with Mounteen LLC.
    • Adhere to each social media platform's promotional guidelines and terms of service.

    8. Content Ownership

    All content created by affiliates for promoting Mounteen LLC remains their property, but Mounteen LLC reserves the right to request the modification or removal of any content that does not comply with these terms.

    9. Payment Terms

    Affiliate payments will be processed according to the schedule and method agreed upon. Any disputes must be raised within 30 days of the payment date.

    10. Termination and Modification

    Mounteen LLC reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued participation in the program following such modifications constitutes acceptance of the changes. Either party may terminate this agreement with written notice.

    11. Liability Limitation

    Mounteen LLC will not be liable for indirect or accidental damages related to this agreement or the affiliate program.

    12. Compliance and Queries
