Most orders are processed within 24 hours, but in very rare cases handling can take up to 5 business days.

Domestic United States shipping is available on multiple products, these orders will delivered within 2-7 days and are fulfilled from our warehouse in Lake Mary, FL.
With the exception of Domestic Shipping, orders to Zone 1 deliver from our overseas fulfillment centers within an average of 7 to 17 days:

*Due to recent changes in legislation requiring merchants to designate authorized representatives in Austria, some orders originating from Austria may get cancelled. We're working on getting this resolved and will post an update here when it is available.
Orders to Zone 2 deliver from our overseas fulfillment centers within an average of 10 to 30 days.

We offer free shipping on most products. Certain products (t-shirts and other apparel) will usually carry a small shipping fee.
Since we aim to provide you with the lowest shipping cost possible, all relevant shipping costs are calculated individually at checkout for each product.

Package not received
If you're experiencing issues with the delivery of your package, please first check your tracking number for any delivery-related updates. Should you need further assistance, don't hesitate to contact us at email@example.com. In the event that the delivery issue stems from our end, we will promptly reship your package at no additional cost to you.
Please note, Mounteen cannot be held responsible for errors in the shipping address provided by customers. It's crucial to verify your address before placing your order. If you realize there's a mistake in the address and your order hasn't been shipped yet, please inform us immediately to avoid any delivery complications.
Unfortunately, if your package is delivered to an incorrect address or returned due to address errors, our ability to assist is limited.
Furthermore, we are not accountable for circumstances where the shipping company is unable to deliver your package due to external factors, such as an inaccessible delivery location or adverse weather conditions.
