When I ordered this it was solely for gym purposes and I’m positive I’ll order more! I am a smaller cup that is for sure! I think if you are trying to be active in this top going up 1-2 sizes would suit you. Just from putting it on, you do need to be gentle with the straps though, they are thin, but that’s what would happen with thin straps. Satisfied with my purchase.
