Refund Policy
We have a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to return it for a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us at support@mounteen.com and let us know you'll be returning your purchase and if you would like it to be replaced or refunded. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for flammable liquids. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Package not received
If you're experiencing issues with the delivery of your package, please first check your tracking number for any delivery-related updates. Should you need further assistance, don't hesitate to contact us at support@mounteen.com. In the event that the delivery issue stems from our end, we will promptly reship your package at no additional cost to you.
Please note, Mounteen cannot be held responsible for errors in the shipping address provided by customers. It's crucial to verify your address before placing your order. If you realize there's a mistake in the address and your order hasn't been shipped yet, please inform us immediately to avoid any delivery complications.
Unfortunately, if your package is delivered to an incorrect address or returned due to address errors, our ability to assist is limited.
Furthermore, we are not accountable for circumstances where the shipping company is unable to deliver your package due to external factors, such as an inaccessible delivery location or adverse weather conditions.
