How to use: Load the duct tape on the shaft cores and place them on the dispenser. Make sure that the leader is out and can be removed in the clockwise direction. Attach the leader with the windmill panel so that the tape rotates correctly and dispenses even strips. To use the side blade for random tape cuttings, lift the guard to load the tape. You have to slide the button to make the blade pop out. Once done, slide the button back to hide the blade.
