Super convenient easy to use auger!

I use it in the garden a lot. Planting bulbs also as a small post hole digger for my garden rails.

Used this auger to plant a huge bag of bulbs, very nice to be able to just drill hole and move on and let my kids put a bulb in and refill the hole.

This is a sturdy augur and has given me whole new dimension when turning over clay soil before planting. Love it.

This thing is amazing. We planted 70 plants in one day using this tool. Unfortunately it seems to have weakened my 18v Bosch power drill’s clutch, as it started slipping towards the end of our planting. It was set to “drill” mode, not on a clutch setting but it slips all the time now. Just beware it might kill your drill, even if you think the drill is high quality!

I read a lot of reviews before I purchased this auger. I found lots of common problems with drill mounted augers.1. the blades come off because there are one or two welds that hold the blades on to the shaft.2. The bit strips and the drill no longer holds the auger.3. The heads don't dig into the dirt very wellThe reviews on this one were pretty incredible so I chose this one. I found that this auger did not have any of the bad characteristics that the other augers did. I did have the bit slip at one time when I was augering into clay. I looked at the bit and it did look a little bit stripped. I tightened up my drill and it still had a good enough Edge to grip. My tip for everyone is to tighten the drill bit every time you use it. This auger is very tough. It ripped the drill out of my hand the first time I used it when it hit a root. If you're looking for a really tough auger that works inside normal cordless drills this is the one you should get.

Okay this is a great thing if you are a plant lover and have hard to dig soil. My soil is clay and roots and this little gadget made planting flowers around my front tree a breeze.
